Step 1: We Deliver Full Tanks- We’ll bring full propane cylinders directly to your location.
Step 2: You Swap Them Out- When your heaters run out of fuel, simply swap the empty tanks with the tanks we provided.
Step 3: We Pick Up the Empty Cylinders- On your next delivery, we’ll collect empty cylinders and replace them with full ones

How do I remove my empty propane cylinder?
Removing a propane cylinder in your patio heater is easy and usually only takes a few minutes.
Step 1: Turn Off the Heater- Make sure the heater is completely turned off and cool to the touch.
Step 2: Shut Off the Propane Tank- Turn the valve on top of the propane cylinder clockwise until it is fully closed.
Step 3: Open the Tank Compartment- Open the patio heater door at the base of the patio heater in order to access the propane cylinder.
Step 4: Disconnect the Regulator- Unscrew the regulator connection from the propane cylinder valve by turning it clockwise.
Step 5: Remove the Empty Cylinder- Carefully remove the tank from the heater.
How do I install my new propane cylinder?
Step 1: Open the Tank- Open the door in the base to access the propane cylinder.
Step 2: Place the Full Cylinder in the Heater- Set the replacement cylinder upright in the base and secure it with the strap or bracket.
Step 3: Reconnect the Regulator- Attach the regulator to the cylinder valve and tighten it.
How do I check for leaks?
To check for leaks, open the propane valve slowly. Apply a mixture of soap and water to the connection. If bubbles form, close the valve and tighten the connection before testing again.
